At Rise Up Coffee, we want you to love every sip, but since coffee is a perishable food item, we can only accept returns on non-consumable merchandise and equipment within 30 days of purchase. If there is an issue with your coffee beans, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Verify Eligibility
Our team will confirm if your item is eligible for return; please note that opened bags of coffee cannot be returned due to food safety regulations.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your unused merchandise or unopened coffee and ship it back to our roastery using the provided return authorization label.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a replacement within 5-7 business days.
